Process
Before you Login to E-Filing, please ensure that your E-Filing Profile has been approved and confirmed by the Registry of the Competition Tribunal.
If you don't have an E-Filing Profile, you must first register and obtain one with us.
Once you obtain a confirmation from the Registry of the Competition Tribunal that your E-Filing Profile has been approved, you will be able to Login to our E-Filing web site.
You will then have the following options:
- Submit a Document to the Competition Tribunal: This option allows you to submit as many documents as necessary into existing Tribunal's proceedings as well as the originating document and supporting materials which would open a new Case/Proceeding, i.e. an application.
- Retrieve a Document from the Competition Tribunal: This option allows you to retrieve documents i.e. Tribunal decisions, confidentiality orders and any other supporting materials related to one of the Tribunal cases.
- Manage your Profile at the Competition Tribunal: This option allows you to make changes to the information you entered when you registered for an E-Filing Profile.
