Departmental Reports

Through the coming into force of the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada Act, on November 1, 2014, the Government of Canada consolidated the provision of support services of eleven administrative tribunals - including the Registry of the Competition Tribunal - into a single organization, the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC).

The following reports from the Registry of the Competition Tribunal pre-date the coming into force of the ATSSC. Please visit the ATSSC Website for all future reports.

Prior to the coming into force of the ATSSC, the Registry of the Competition Tribunal was designated a department for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act with the Minister of Industry as its minister and the Registrar of the Competition Tribunal as its Deputy Head.
